Delivery within the UK :
The delivery time is between 3-5 business days in all occasions!
The delivery time is between 5-7 business days in all occasions!
If no one is available at your address to take the delivery, if it’s possible, our courier will leave the parcel at a neighbour. By completing a short form, you can nominate which neighbour you’d like our courier to try first if you’re not in. You can find more information about it at this link.
If no one is available either at your or your neighbours address, you can collect your parcel at your local Royal Mail Delivery Office.
Delivery of an order is completed when the product is arrived to you. It means, that either we deliver the parcel to the address you gave us or you collect it from your local Royal Mail Delivery Office.
You own the products once we have received payment in full, including delivery charges.
As Vida Print is making personalised items, that are made up to your request, unfortunately we are unable to give refunds (see https://www.gov.uk/accepting-returns-and-giving-refunds).
We do not offer a refund you no longer want an item (eg. because it’s the wrong size or colour).
We have to offer a refund for certain items only if they’re faulty, such as personalised items and custom-made items.
In case you are not happy with the item you received, we can offer to remake that picture or to create an other picture with a different photo.
If we do not keep the 30 day delivery deadline
You may end our contract and request a full refund if:
we refuse to deliver the goods;
we failed to deliver the goods within the agreed time despite you made it clear for us that the agreed time was essential;*
you specified an appropriate delivery period, which we fail to meet.
*Please note: in case you would like to specify the delivery time, you need to leave a note to us during the ordering process. You will find an “Add note to seller” button when you open your shopping cart, where you can write a note.
If our contract consists of a variety of goods, some of which we fail to deliver on time, you have the right, as an alternative to ending the contract, to cancel that part of the order or return goods that have already been delivered.
If the goods form part of a unit that would have less value or have its character changed if they were split up, you can only cancel the order for the goods or reject them as a whole.
If you do not wish to cancel the contract at first, you can give us an new, reasonable deadline. You can cancel your contract if we fail to deliver the goods by the end of the new deadline.
If you do wish to cancel the contract straight away, you will need to return the part of the order that have already been delivered to you. In this case, we are going to pay the cost of the postage/delivery.
After you have been cancelled or rejected the goods, we will reimburse you (including the price of the goods and standard delivery) without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day we received the products back.
Return & Exchange policy
Under the Consumer Rights Act all products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. When you buy goods from a business or a shop, in law you have the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
All products must meet the following standards:
Satisfactory quality: Goods shouldn’t be faulty or damaged when you receive them.
Fit for purpose: The goods should be fit for the purpose they are supplied for, as well as any specific purpose you made known to us before you agreed to buy the goods.
As described: The goods supplied must match any description given to you, or any models or samples shown to you at the time of purchase.

What happens if you changed your mind?
As Vida Print is making personalised items, unfortunately we are unable to give the opportunity to cancel the contract.
Although, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 says goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. During the expected lifespan of your product you’re entitled to the following:
Up to 30 days: If your goods are faulty, you can get a refund.
Up to 6 months: If it can’t be repaired or replaced, then you’re entitled to a full refund in most cases.
When you wish to exchange an item as it was faulty
Please, send an email to us, in which you include the:
size and name of the product
date you received the item on
reason for return or exchange
What happens next?
Starting from the date that you let us know about the faulty item, you have 14 days to send your item back to us in Vida Print cost. Starting from the date that we receive the item, we are going to do a refund/compensation or exchange within 14 days as per your preference.
If the item was faulty
In case the item was faulty, up to 30 days from the date that you received your items, you can let us know about the faulty item and you can get a refund/repair or replacement as per your preference. In this case, we will pay for any extra costs that may occur upon return (delivery/postage cost).
Each order you place will be charged separately.
During the ordering process, you will have the opportunity to let us know if you want a part of your order to be delivered separately.
Please note: either we send your order separately or together, we will charge you for the whole order at once, including delivery costs.
